Home description

The property is light and airy, modern and ideally suited to summer living with a large covered outdoor patio area complete with tables, chairs, bbq and sunbeds. The interior is modern and spacious with large from glass doors taking in the full vista of the Karin Sea spread out below. There is a roomy front terrace for drinking your chilled chablis as the famous Croatian sunset bids you goodnight.

The Dalmatia region

Yet you are a mere 30 minutes drive to the bustling ancient city of Zadar or Biograd na Moru with it's restaurant-lined seafront, marina and watersports. The apartment is ideally located within easy reach of 5 of Croatia's National Parks, Plitvice Lakes, Krka waterfalls, Paklenica mountain park, the Kornati Islands and North Velebit Park.
Because of our excellent central location we always advise you hire a car, you can spend the day in Split and Trogir or Sibenik is only 50 minutes away.
July and August can be very hot with average temperatures reaching 43 degrees. Water temperature is a contant 26 degrees over the summer. Nearby there are many beautiful nature walks and a bustlng town centre hub only 10 minutes walk providing Shops, takeways, stalls, bars and often a small amusement park on the beach.T

Surrounded by Four of Croatia's National Parks: KRKA, famous for it's waterfalls, caves and canyons, PAKLENICA a favourite for hikers and rock climbers alike, the world-famous KORNATI ISLANDS and of course the PLITVICE LAKES. Not to mention fishing, hunting, white-water rafting, diving, boating, big game fishing, paintballing, off road safaris and winter skiing.

We are located approximately 35 Kilometers inland from Zadar on the beautiful Karin Sea. 25 minutes from Zadar Airport servicing all major Ryanair flights into to Zadar from Ediburgh, Dublin, London, Koln, Dusseldorf, Berlin, Frankfort, Stuttgart, Friedrichshafen, Vienna, Pula, Bratislava, Zagreb and Pisa.
Alternately you can take many of the available Easyjet flights to Split, Krk Island, Zagreb or Dubovnik and rent a car to get to us.
You can catch a Ryanair to Ancona and an overnight ferry into Zadar.
