Luxury villa in Rotonda West on the Florida Gulf Coast, a 10 minute drive from the Gulf of Mexico beaches. There are a number of golf courses within a 10 minute drive including one within walking distance. Busch Gardens is an aprox 1 1/2 hour drive away and the Orlando theme parks are an approx 2 hour drive away. A quieter and more relaxed location than Orlando but still with plenty to occupy all ages.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, dresser, bedside tables and a remote controlled television. The en-suite bathroom has a full sized tub, large walk in shower, wc and his and hers vanities and hand basins.

The double guest room has a queen sized bed, dresser and bedside tables. It is connected to a bathroom that has a walk in shower, wc and hand basin, this bathroom has access to the pool.

The third bedroom has twin beds, a dresser and bedside table. This bedroom has access to a bathroom with shower, wc and hand basin.

The great room has an entertainment unit with television, vcr, dvd home theatre(surround sound) and music centre. The villa also has a sound system with speakers throughout the villa including the pool area.

The kitchen has everything you would expect and need, the utility room has full sized washer and drier.

The pool area has a table and 6 chairs, ideal for dining in the open air. The pool is a large solar heated pool (the villa is south facing therefore the solar panels get maximum exposure thoughout the year and no extra costs for pool heating! )There are a number of sun loungers and sun chairs on the lanai.

A gas bar-b-que is supplied and is located on the lanai.

The Rotonda is a very peaceful location, with plenty of wildlife. Spot the different birds and listen to their beautiful songs while you relax in our oversized pool with the smell of citrus trees. You may get to see Bald Eagles, Racoons, Bob Cat ,Wild Pigs with their babies and of course alligators!
There is a fully equipped park with tennis courts and play areas only 10 minutes walk away, great walks around the canals on the Rotonda, which are also great for cycling (hire bikes for all the family). You will be spoilt for choice with all the local golf courses on the Rotonda. Supermarkets, takeaways and video rentals are less than 10 minutes drive away.
Local beaches are just 10 - 15 minutes drive away, Lemon Bay with its pristine white sands is the closest or cross over the causeway to Boca Grande which has a lighthouse and museum at the headland, a unique shopping area and great places to eat. Take a walk through the streets and visit Banyan Street with its wonderful trees (Banyan trees of course). The beaches at Boca Grande are a fantastic place to watch the sunset.
Port Charlotte has a huge variety of shops and a good shopping mall with yet more great places to eat, you will be spolit for choice. There are regular flea markets in Port Charlotte.
Visit Punta Gorda, talk a walk along the the waterfront with its parks, play areas and tennis courts, at the end of this walk is the Fishermans Village on the pier with a selection of shops and eateries or you can drive on to the Wildlife sanctuary where injured wildlife are cared for including owls and eagles also by the sanctuary is a picnic area and a broadwalk by the side of the river.
Visit the historic village at venice, see a working town of 100 years ago with guided tours by locals in period costume.

Bookings are generally only accepted for weekly periods Saturday to Saturday with exception on monthly bookings which will run from the first of the month to the last day of that month.
Provisional bookings made by telephone or e-mail will be held for 7 days, to confirm a booking a completed booking form (which will be e-mailed or posted) together with a non-refundable of £100 per week will be required within 7 days of the provisional booking.
Upon receipt of the completed booking form and deposit a confirmation of the booking will be sent which will incuded the date by which the balance must be paid. Full payment must be received 10 weeks prior to the departure date. Failure to make the full payment by the due date may result in the booking being cancelled and appropiate cancellation charges being claimed.
A security deposit will be required by the management company in Florda to cover any breakages or damage during the rental period.
The villa is usually checked and cleaned on the depature date and the security deposit will be return asap provided of course there are no breakages or damage.
The owners cannot accept any liabilty for the personal safety of any guest during their vacation. Guests are reminded to adopt the same security precautions as they would at home and are advised to keep valuable items secure and out of sight.
No liabilty is accepted for any injury however caused as a result of use of the pool and unsupervised children should not be allowed to use the pool. Safety guidelines are available in the welcome booklet in the villa.
The bar-b-que is supplied for use by guests at their own risk and no liabilty is accepted.
