If you are looking for a quiet spot this is going to be difficult to beat! Casa Garza (a heron) is a little hliday retreat standing in grounds of approx 15.000 m2 with spetacular views of the coast and sea (approx 5 km). Although away from the day to day hubbub its only about 500 m from the town of El Perello. Larger but still small and traditional. LAmetlla de Mar lies about 8 km to the north and the famous Ambro river 6 km. Port Aventura is about 30 mins drive. If you fancy a day trip to Barcelona there is a regular rail service from La Ampolla 5 km. The detached holiday home has a large sun terrace looking towards the sea and colourful sun awnings over the window and patio door.
Steps from the side of the house lead to a roof terrace.

Further details indoors: Entering the house you cant help but notice the tasteful, modern style furnischings. The hall opens into a spacious living room with two sofas, plus a dining suite for sex persons. A patio door leads onto the sun terrace. At the other end of the foom is a modern kitchenette with 4 rings. On the opposite side of the hall is a brightly furnished double bedded room with bunkbeds and a fold down table.The patio door and majority of windows have mosquito screens.
Further details outdoors: In addition to the main sun terrace there is a further patio to the side with garden furniture and barbecue. Steps lead up to the very attractive swimmingpool (8x4) and surrounding terraces with sunloungers and superb sea views. There is also a covered logia for when it gets too hot or for dining poolside during those balmy spanish evenings! Poolside shower. Badminton and Bowl Area.
