This immaculately presented and generously appointed detached villa is located in a peaceful area of the resort of Callao Salvaje yet within a few minutes walk of all local amenities. Every effort has been made to ensure that your stay is pleasantly memorable, providing you with the perfect setting where you can relax, benefit from the fantastic Tenerife sun and enjoy your holiday with friends and family.

|
Tenerife, known as one of the fortunate islands, boasts fabulous year round weather. This sub-tropical Island has arguably has one of the best climates in the world.
A visit to Mount Teide is an amazing day out, driving from the arid coast, up through gently increasing vegetation, through Canarian pine forest, past barren lava fields, (scene of films like Planet of the Apes, Star Wars and the 10 Commandments, with evidence of the last eruption in 1909 is still very visible). A cable car journey to within 100 meters of the summit is well worthwhile, the views are stunning, and depending upon weather conditions it is possible to see the other Canarian islands. At 3,718 meters, Teide is the highest mountain in Spain, and is the second largest slope volcano in the world and the surrounding area is one of Spain’s national parks.
The fascinating neighbouring island of La Gomera can be visited by a short boat trip, it has been left largely undeveloped by the tourist industry. Again it is volcanic with dramatic scenery, the native Gomerians have developed a unique whistling language for long distance communication across deep gorges, and the centre of the island is again a Spanish national park, but very different to Teide, as this is heavily forested and contains 30 foot heather trees from prehistoric times.
The 500 metre cliffs droping straight into the sea at Las Gigantes are spectacular, along with the black sand beach and the cafes along side the marina, ideal to take a boat trip and go whale and dolphin watching.
There are numerous other beaches, of both black and white sand including of course Las Americas, Las Christianos, and our favourite, the nearby and prestigious Bahia del Duque near La Calletta.

Callao Salvaje is an upmarket location on the south coast of Tenerife, (Costa Adeje). The resort is renowned for its high class restaurants and friendly atmosphere. There are a number of bars, restaurants, bank, supermarket, DVD hire, excursion centres, etc to suit all needs. The best beach on the Island, Del Duque is a 10 min drive and the Golf Costa Adeje is located approximately 4 kilometres away. Taxi and bus services are readily available to transport you to the nearby resorts of Las Americas and los Cristianos or to one of the numerous street markets.

The detached, air conditioned villa 'Casa Cascada' is in pristine condition and has 4 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The lounge is comfortably furnished & includes TV ( BBC1, BBC2, ITV & CH4), DVD, Video and CD system. The kitchen is fully appointed with quality units and incorporates an oven, separate hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer. |

Outside there is a private walled garden with sun terracing, a covered dining terrace, and a private swimming pool that has solar heating all year round with additional electrical heating in the winter months. A deliciously warm water temperature is maintained at all times of the year. There is also a gas barbeque, patio furniture and plenty of sunloungers and sunshades. The villa is predominantly on one level and is wheelchair friendly. There is just a 6' sill to gain access into the villa. However, there are 6 steps down to the lower pool level. If you have any qualms about the suitability for the elderly or infirm, then please contact the owner direct. |

* The rental rates shown on this website are based upon an occupancy of 4 persons. Additional occupants are charged at £70 per week per person (95 Euros). Children aged less than 36 months at the time of the holiday are not charged.
There are no further hidden charges.
* We have expended a great deal of time and effort to ensure that the villa is presented and maintained at a very high level of luxury and comfort. But, even in the best regulated property, things can occasionally go wrong! So, we have engaged a very professional and friendly local property management company to have a representative always available to immediately rectify any problem, no matter how large or small, you may encounter at the villa. Contact details will be supplied prior to your departure...and are also available at the villa within the Guest Manual.

| Conditions |
To secure a booking a Reservation Deposit is required equating to 25% of the rental fee.
A Security Deposit is also required in the form of a £300 cheque (400 Euros). This is not presented to the bank for payment and is returned, uncashed at the end of the rental period providing that there are no damages or breakages.
* Please note: Christmas bookings must be for a minimum of two weeks duration.
