Home description

A large 2 bedroomed apartment (sleeps max 6) with air conditioning situated within a complex in central Ayia Napa. Ideal for a lively holiday in peak season but good for families in May, June and October. Close to the main strip near all the bars/restaurants/clubs but located far enough away to gain a good night's/day's sleep. The complex is in a good position and in easy reach of all amenities. The apartment has recently undergone total refurbishment and is spacious and equipped with everything required. It also has a car parking space. A big supermarket is next to the complex, bus stops, shops and restaurants are all very close by. The nearest beach is approx 10-15 minute walk away. You have the use of all the complex's major facilities including bar/restaurant/big screen, the complex houses 3 pools; pool bars; laundry; jacuzzi and gym. Ayia Napa main square is a 5-10 min walk away.

The Famagusta District region

A great all year round climate, the hottest months being July/August/ September although early summer and late summer is still very hot. Cyprus is a place for all types of holidaymakers. It offers beautiful beaches, great night life, plenty of excursions to local areas plus the Troodos mountains. Other excursions include, Nicosia, Egypt and visiting theborder overlookint the deserted Famagusta town may inerest many people. There is a gerat market on Sundays in Larnaka and plenty to see and do in Larnaka.



Ayia Napa area

Ayia Napa beaches have blue flat awards. The famous Nissi beach is walking distance away. There is the water park which is great fun for all ages; Cape Greko National Park with picnic areas ideal for walking and cycling. Bus routes to Protaras and Pernera and Paralimni for shopping and local handicrafts. Driving is easy and safe but stick to the speed limits. The main square of Ayia Napa is thehome of the famous manastaryt and thereis a pottery market and shows put on regularly. There is a funfair with thrill seeking rides. Restaurants are everywhere with entertainment of all kinds to suite most people's tastes. Boat trips are available at the harbour and are very reasonable and great fun.

Flights to Larnaca from all major UK airports:
British Airways; Cyprus Airways; Olympic Airways. Try dial-a-flight; you may get some cheaper deals from www.flymonarch.com; XL airlines and Eurocypria. Flights take approx 4 and half hours. Car hire is available at the airport or try www.novacarhire.com - book from UK.
Ayia Napa is approx 40 minutes dirve from airport/approx 60km.
Local taxis cost approx CY£30 but this can be arranged by us through our local contacts.

Water cooler inside apartment. Air conditioning in both bedrooms, ceiling fan in lounge area with patio doors onto balcony. CD player, table and chairs, everything you would need in the apartment to enjoy your holiday
Further details outdoors:
The Senator apartments complex (just across the road) puts a weekly BBQ and has pool DJ. A large supermarket is next to the main reception area plus there are various restaurants nearby. You have full use of all the Senator complex facilities as our block is part of this complex. There is a main laundry room in the Senator and also more washer/dryers underneath the block opposite ours. There is a space to park a car underneath our apartment.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment but you may smoke on the balcony and astrays are provided for this. We can arrange airport transfers.
A £50 key deposit fee is required for each person - minimum £100.
The full amount must be paid at least 3 months prior to departure date and keys are sent via registered post.
Please note the owner accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, death to anyone or their belongings whatsoever whilst staying or visiting the apartment. Guests are reminded to take out adequate travel insurance.
